About Ethan
Ethan Walker is a Sydney-based football journalist and Asian football analyst with more than a decade of experience following the game across the Asia-Pacific region. He has been writing about football since 2014.
Growing up in Australia, Ethan developed a strong interest in both Australian and international football. Over the years his coverage has expanded beyond the Socceroos to include national teams and competitions from across Asia.
He focuses in particular on the AFC Asian Cup and other major international tournaments: team schedules, matchups, tournament formats, qualification campaigns and the developments around Asian national teams.
A large part of his work is helping international fans understand how and where to follow Asian football. He tracks match schedules, kick-off times, broadcasters, official streaming options and regional viewing availability.
